SOLAR MEMS will provide advanced sun sensors for sun tracking and attitude determination of the AURORATM platforms. These sun sensors feature double redundancy and radiation hardness for maximum reliability, consolidating them as the most widely deployed sun sensor technology in orbit, with thousands of units in operation.
The MDA AURORATM supply chain will support product deliveries for anchor customer Telesat’s Low Earth Orbit (LEO) satellite constellation, Telesat Lightspeed. This innovative, advanced global network will provide enterprise-class connectivity to customers worldwide.
