Solar MEMS attends FEINDEF, the International Defence and Security Exhibition

This is one of the leading defence fairs in Europe and its second edition attracted more than 12,000 people to visit the 300 exhibitors from 75 international delegations, which included Solar MEMS.

Innovation, international cooperation and the knowledge shared between companies, institutions and universities are vital elements for cutting-edge firms like Solar MEMS, which is why we came to FEINDEF,  The International Defence and Security Exhibition that was held in Madrid on 3, 4 and 5 November.

This was a great opportunity for Solar MEMS to share its knowledge and learn more from other experts in this industry, as well as to open up new horizons for its business, because we also work in the defence and security sector. We have clients in over 50 countries, and missions with the main Defence and Military Primes, like Airbus D&S, Thales Alenia and USAFA, among others.

They were intense days in which the 300 exhibitors from 75 international delegations showcased the latest developments in the sector to over 12000 visitors.  There were also more than 100 accredited media organizations present to report the success of this event, consolidating it as one of the most important defence fairs in Europe.

This second edition was held under the title “Technology for a safer society” and the participants were able to attend conferences, forums and working sessions in the Networking Zone, where they could exchange information and advice about their needs and the solutions offered by the defence and security industry, as well as generate new opportunities.

FEINDEF has the support of the Ministry of Defence, and its success means that the third edition has already been confirmed for 17, 18 and 19 May 2023, with over 220 participating companies committed to attending. It is therefore firmly expected to continue its trajectory to become an international reference for the Defence, Security, Aeronautics and Space industries.
